Hi, Welcome to our listing! Just so you know: We Do Not have a mobile device/phone that accesses the internet. We can only respond to you when we are at home, using our home computer. Up for purchase is a Jackson Exit Device with original box, instructions, tool and parts. This came from an estate sale. It looks to be unused but I'm no expert but I went back to the sale and the guy said it's never been used. I took lots of pictures. I'm not sure if the nuts, bolts, screws etc. are part of the assembly but will be shipped with unless you don't want it. I can get this in a large flat rate with the original box. I returned to the sale and the guy that bought it new said it was never used. Shipping to all 50 states. Questions, comments and corrections are welcome, but please keep in friendly. I don't claim to be an expert on everything I sell, but I do research my items before listing them. If you do not See it in the pictures of the item, it is Not included with the item. I would rather have you ask before you buy, than after. It saves us both a lot of unhappiness. I have had a lot of confusion from buyers, on the shipping side of this ebay thing. I always research the shipping costs for every item before I list it, for the most economical method. If I somehow overlook something, and my buyer ends up paying more for shipping than it costs. I refund the difference, even though ebay does not refund to us the difference in shipping fees. With regard to Handling time: The reason I have it set at 3 days, is because it really is just one person (Joe) doing it All. I always try to get my items out faster, but when they are large and fragile, they take longer to pack-up for Safe shipping. When several items sell at once, I package them up in the order that they were paid for. In order to get the items on their way, the same day I box them, they have to be at the Fedex office by 4:00 pm, USPS by 5:00 pm. I do all the boxing I can, until 3:30 pm. I take them 12 miles into town, and start again first thing the next day. I would rather be honest and pay the extra 20% in final value fees, than mislead my buyers about Handling/Shipping time. > We are always willing to combine shipping of our items. As long as they can be Safely shipped in the same box. > We will calculate the shipping as close to actual cost as possible, after the items are won, and boxed together.
