Three day SALE FOR $74.99 For sale is a vintage portable Scientific Earth Resistance Test meter. It is by James Biddle (Megger) Earth Tester Null Balance model 63220. Overall, this meter is in good shape for its age! It has expected scuffs/wear from field usage. Both the outer terminal knobs have a flat spot as shown in the pictures above, however, they are intact and functional. The terminal contacts are in good shape! The hand crank generator functions well. The decade display and adjustment knobs work and have a good tactile feel. I've did a single direct test and it seems to function well however this item will be sold as is and as a "vintage item". (We do accept returns, however, the buyer agrees to pay the return shipping and a restocking fee of 20%. Some homemade wires with leads are included as can be seen in the pictures above. No earth probes are included and are missing (you can easily make your own). The manual is intact as well as the carrying case which has some wear/nicks.
