This is a vintage heavy-duty barrier strip made by Jones.  The screws are #8-32 thread and are easily removable for installation of ring terminals.  One screw has broken off in one of the holes; this appears in one of the photographs.  The screws are on ~19/32” spacing along the long edge, and ~1/2” spacing across the centerline.  Overall size is 12-1/4” long x 1.6” wide x 0.85” high.   Cosmetically, the body is in very good condition with no cracks or other evident defects.
