THIS STANDS AT JUST SHY OF 17" AND IS MADE OF METAL WITH A PLASTIC TRAY ON THE BASE. THIS HAS THE METAL INSERT AND HAS NEVER BEEN USED. THIS WAS MADE BY JOY CONE COMPANY IN THE USA. GREAT FOR BUSINESS OR HOME AND WOULD MAKE A GREAT DECOR WITH THE RICH COLORS. THIS CAN BE USED FOR CONES OR CUPS. THIS WILL SHIP FOR FREE IN THE USA, OUTSIDE OF THE USA THIS WILL WEIGH 6.2 LBS. with packaging and we include delivery confirmation for free, we do not believe in making money on shipping, so shipping cost is actual cost. We will send the two cheapest shipping options and sometimes if it’s cheaper we send cost for FEDEX which is very nice for larger items. Most of our smaller items ship for free.
