For your consideration: Unbranded Vintage Single-Buckled Cow/Calf Show Halter complete with Chain Lead Color: Black Fittings: Nickel-plated Crown length: 23 - 29 inches Noseband length: 10 inches Chain length: 20 inches Lead length: 3 feet, 5 inches Size: I'd say it's a Medium. Best suited for show calves weighing between 800 lbs. and 1200 lbs. NOT for veal calves. Style: Single-Buckle on left side Why am I selling? My FFA cattle showing days are over (I ride horses now lol). How will this be shipped? In a medium flat rate box (valued at $15.50). I will of course bubble wrap the chain and the fittings. It will NOT just be tossed into the box with no support. Description: Features a rounded noseband and durable corner stays. Smoothed and finished for comfort. Single-buckle crown adjustment with nickel plated hardware. Has an "M" branded on the leather that goes through the buckle. It also has an "MT" branded on the lead nearest the chain. Please see photos. Condition: Used. I used to show my cows in this. This halter fit my beef heifer comfortably. She was around 1000 pounds at the time. It has been sitting in storage for years until lately. I cleaned AND conditioned it with Lexol leather cleaner and conditioner. The nickel-plating isn't as shiny as it used to be, and is showing signs of rust (pictured). No cracks or rips in the leather. Perfect for showing in FFA or 4-H.
