Manufactured in USA by Legion Utensils well known makers of stainless steel high quality food service equipment for commerical and professional use. Excellent quality pan. CONDITION: These are vintage, pre-owned and used. All could use cleaning some more than others. No dents, bending or warping. Handles secure. 9.25" round with a 5.75" handle.
