 Vintage M. Klein & Sons Cable/line puller manufactured in the USA. Model 1604-20. Used by linemen to maneuver heavy lines & cables while installing them on work sites. Appears used but not abused & would still do its intended job but might also make a good "display/decorating" piece for the new "industrial decorating" craze. Please see all photos, which are of the actual piece being sold, for better idea of item's condition, Weighs approx. 2.5 lbs, extended length is 9", open width is 5".
