 For your bidding; these are two Vintage, McBee poly, (3) ring, hinge binders. These binders were issued to me back in 1988 when I attended the Federal  Law Enforcement Training Academy in Glynco, Georgia. They are very durable, made of high density polyethylene material. They have a metal sliding, locking mechanism. The swing hinges flip out to open and flip in to close the rings. Inside the flap is stamped the following information; " McBee, loose leaf binders Springfield, Mo., 869717   7    84".  Measurements are; 10-1/4" by 7-3/4". The spine is 3-1/2" wide and has a clear plastic card pocket. Both binders are in very good condition just very light scuff marks. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.
