I came across this micrometer in my step-father's things after he passed.  I searched for one that had the booklet with it, so I would know how to price it.  I couldn't find one.The instrument itself is vintage but not extremely rare, but I believe the booklet and size card included in the original wood box are rare.  My step-father took care of all his tools, kept them oiled and clean, so it is in great condition.  I did Not clean it at all...how you see it in the pics is exactly how I found it. Seller Notes “Very slight signs of wear. Mostly signs of age. It was well kept and oiled, so everything turns freely. I found it in my step-father's things after his passing. I did not clean it up at all, so what you see in the pics is exactly how I found it in his shop. The booklet is fragile, but completely intact. The pics represent the item well, so look carefully!
