  Vintage National Top Lock Post Binder This is a No. 94-541 National Top Lock Post Binder in good used vintage condition.  The binder is very heavy, weighing 2 lbs 12.8 oz.  The approximate size is 9 3/4"  X  13".  The binder opens and closes as it should, in excellent operating condition.  The inside liners show their age with some fading and signs of use.  The outside is black and bound in TUF VIN and is in very good condition. Please see photo's for details and let me know if you have any questions. Note: All the items we sell are vintage or pre-owned from estate sales, garage sales etc... they are not new and may show some signs of wear or use.
