UP FOR AUCTION USED IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION! VINTAGE NO 1 SAUNDERS TYPE AMERICAN PIPE TOOL CUTTER Overall great working condition, cutter blades look to be sharp and in good condition. Do not know how to test it, comes from fathers workshop who kept all his tools in excellent working condition.
