Here we have a vintage vacuum tube tester/multimeter made by the Precision Apparatus Company of New York in the 1940's. The meter itself looks to be quite sound with no signs of damage and although untested it does light up when plugged in. The case however has seen better days. The leather handle has come off (but is included), the veneer is beginning to pull away in one corner, the leads have been taped and it's missing 1 of its 4 rubber feet so this unit may be better suited as a parts donor or restoration project.  Thanks for looking and please don't hesitate to ask questions or request additional pictures as needed!!
