 This is a big old print block.  Looks to be pot metal, the type used in newspapers before they all went digital.  It is a BIG one.   7.25 x 12.25 and is solid.  There are remnants of  colored ink on it.  It is a western cowboys and Indians scene.  The top of the tepee has flags coming out that say "The Sheely Clothier".  There is a stream of clothing with feet, running out from the teepee opening- stocking boxes, cowboy hats, shirts, shoe boxes and other stuff.  The left side says 5th Street and the bottom says Main street.  The last two photos are mirror images of the print block one is in higher relief.  It is just to try and help you make them out.  I tried to research Sheely Clothier and found nothing.  Must have been a small town shop somewhere.  The print block is very detailed, would look great in a shadow box or framed on a wall.  I was surprised to find this as my parents had friends that worked at the Omaha World Herald and I remember them saying the print blocks like theses were recycled daily.  This one must have been special.  Would be really cool to see it reprinted.   I do offer combined shipping.  If there is another item you are interested in, please let me know If I can fit them both in one box I will send them together to save you money!  I stand behind what I sell.
