SCOTCH C-22 Heavy Duty Tape Dispenser Dual Role or Large Roll Bottom pad is missing but the tape dispenser is heavy enough that it does not slide during use. Some discoloration and scuffs on the side as shown in photos. Please make sure your shipping address is correct with E Bay/PayPal before placing a bid.
