All the operations for this typewriter are working but it needs a new ribbon. This unit is used and does have some scratches and such to the outer casing from normal wear. Hard case does not latch..Think it is missing a slider piece that would secure it. Listing is for the typewriter with hard schell carry case and power cable. A refund only if item is DOA.
