“First - I DO NOT know anything about this item or electronics in general, this is another item found in the shop, I have NO idea if it works, if it is used or not & it is sold AS-IS. I think this instrument gauge is in an incorrect box because the original Model info printed on the side of the box has been struck through and new identifying information written above it which more closely matches what I see on the actual instrument. *The glass cover is loose but not broken as I tried to show up close in the photos. It is not properly attached to the viewing window & is lying inside the front opening. It does not fall out & I don't want to mess with it because I don't know anything about this instrument and don't want to harm anything on it. There is a patent # & other very fine writing around the top inside edge on the white of the gauge. It clearly says "MODEL 27". Please see photos for more information regarding condition and description, as I know nothing more, thank you.”
