Vintage Sprague Tel-Ohmike TO-3 Bridge/Leakage Tester. Working/Refurbished. Shipped UPS Ground. Some minor yellowing on the front of the cabinet, and the original handle has seen better days. Aside from those flaws this unit is in very good condition. I did my best to show the yellowing in the pictures, but it is a bit subtle. i would recommend looking at pictures of other TO-3's to see the difference. Generally the first thing replaced on a TO-3 is the voltage potentiometer, in this case and for the first time the pot seems to be in almost new condition which leads me to think this unit was hardly ever used. Internally this unit is in good condition and has been refurbished, new line cord. The voltages for measuring leakage go as high as 660v Unlike many other tube based capacitor testers the sprague TO series uses an analog meter to display the current in mA. the eye tube is only lit up when measuring resistance or capacitance. This unit is fully functional and is in decent condition. Printout of manual is included. Eye tube is bright and responsive. This unit is fully tested and functioning, but i don't have time to include photos of me testing as i am changing gears with work currently. Feel free to ask questions. Thank you for your interest.
