~Vintage L.S.STARRETT Protractor Rule 12" Graduation Ruler No.4 Hardened Steel~ You are looking at a Vintage L.S.STARRETT Protractor Rule 12" Graduation Ruler. This is a No.4 rule. Made of Hardened Steel. Does not include the protractor head. Has seen use, needs a good cleaning. Shipping I try to offer as many choices as possible for shipping in the USA, Priority, Parcel Post, Media Mail and 1st class. 1st class is only used up to 13 oz total weight including packaging and takes 3 to 7 days to reach the buyer. Media mail is for books, manuals, software and like items. Takes 7 to 10 days to reach buyer. Parcel Post takes 2 to 10 days to reach the buyer and is only cheaper then Priority mail when it is beyond 2 postal zones. Priority is normally the fastest at 2 to 3 days to reach the buyer and sometimes more expensive then Parcel Post. None of these times for delivery is guaranteed by the Post Office. I ship International packages via Priority Mail ONLY. This is so that you and I can track the package and confirm delivery. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark as a Gift. Priority international is the only way I will ship overseas. Times are dependent on your countries customs office. I have no control over anything once it is shipped.
