The box is in very poor condition, but the numbers (0 - 9) and stamp are in great shape. The ink is hard, but not sure if it is supposed to be and you add water when used. You be the judge of that. The actual numbers measure 3/8 of an inch tall. Shipping to anywhere in the lower 48 states on this item will be $8.00.
