Very nice set of books on semiconductor data. Cover are made of a vinyl material. Great condition all around. Lettering on covers is a bit faded, but no tears, no folds, no writing. By Motorola in 1972, contains a Reference Volume and two others concerning a ton of information on different types of semiconductors. Cardboard sleeve that kept them very nice has been taped together on almost all corners. The set in the sleeve measures about 9 3/4" tall, 4 1/2" wide and 7 1/4" deep. Heavy set of books.
