A traffic signal is something that we are conditioned to notice and react to. If you want your sign to attract extra attention a flasher can be added. Top quality components are used. CONDITION These are authentic traffic signals removed from service. Our inventory varies in condition and original manufacturer. The unit you receive may not be exactly as pictured but the differences will be slight. Typically they are cleaned up and the housing repainted. However, they are not new, expect some imperfections in the finish. Some may want the character and “patina” to remain. Let us know if this is desirable to you. We set aside some units with solid paint and real world patina for customers looking for a sign with a little more “character”. STANDS, MOUNTS & CUSTOMIZATIONS The auction includes a fully functional sign, ready to use right out of the box. It sits nicely on a flat surface. However, we have found that many of our customers want some sort of stand or a way to hang it. Because needs vary we sell the stands and mounts “a-la carte”. We don’t have the muscle to strong arm UPS. But then Walmart can’t offer something as cool as this. The cost for shipping is the actual shipping fee plus the cost of the box and packaging supplies. The units are expertly packaged to ensure safe shipping. Shipping is handled by USPS, yes we know, we don’t like going to the Post Office either but they are the cheapest. Other carriers may be used but typically they are more expensive.
