vintage two coil pulse panel meter (#101031-3?) AC-24V, 12 ohms; DC-12V, 6 ohms Requires 24 volts AC, or 12 volts DC, according to previous owner's markings The plastic cover over the moving numbers is in good shape, no cracks.   The counter appears to operate as follows: If a pulse goes through either solenoid, it hits the flap (above the solenoid), then the counter will advance. We think that a pulse on either side can make the counter advance. Not sure what this is used for exactly. The previous owner was an old time ham amateur radio operator. He worked at the television transmitter of a major broadcast network from the 1950s-early 1980s so it is likely this came from his workplace. The previous owner and his colleagues were in the habit of taking home pieces of equipment from their workplace when the items were replaced with newer equipment. (A frequent occurrence--and they had supervisor permission.)  This unit was taken out of service after reaching the number  87619. I have tried to describe this item to the best of my ability. I am not an expert.  Selling details: This item is sold as-is, as found. There are no refunds or returns. Payment is expected within 3 days of end of auction. Yes, I am happy to combine shipments when appropriate and feasible, just ask for an invoice before paying.  I normally ship Monday thru Thursday, normally the day after payment is received.
