Vintage Unused gas mask. Soviet gas mask "GP-4" Scary gas mask Size 2 MEDIUM Gas mask GP 4. This is really scary Original soviet gas mask "GP-4". Comes with filter and orginal bag for free. "GP-4" was made in USSR for civil and military purposes. Good for carnivals! This is interesting and authentic unit, it was used for students to learn what to do if nuclear attack would be held against Soviet Union. It is about 60 years old made in 1954 years.The Russian GP-4u is another mask in the Russian GP series. Like all other masks in the GP series, it has a simple inlet and exhale valve system along with eye lenses encapsulated in metal to keep it on the mask. The mask itself has a green rubber facepiece with straps of a lighter tint of green. The mask with a "Coffee Can" type filter that comes in either gray. Where the inlet valve is found is an irremovable hose, kept in place by a darker gray band. The exhale valve is in a metal assembly, similar to the PDF-D but with a slight tint of tan. Because of the mask's simplistic design, it does toll the wearer by fogging up very easily as it has only a very simple inlet and exhale valve. Like other Cold War Era GP series masks, it comes with a green haversack with several pockets and one button.These are unused masks, but shows signs age, has some rust on metal parts.
