For sale is this Vintage Cable Insulation Slitting / Stripping / Cutting Hand Tool. Made by V-Mod in the early 1940's under patent number 2089528. Purchased at an auction in NY. The owner was a major electrical contractor for NYC. Very unique design and extremely hard to find. The opening can be adjusted for a maximum cable diameter of 2 1/2" to a minimum of approximately 1/2". The tip of the blade looks like it may have been broken off.FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING.
