Vintage Voltage Indicator, Up To 660 Volts! Works!

My husband gathered up his courage and plugged this into the house electrical current, and it works! But he decided he wouldn’t look for a 660 volt system to plug it into! I can’t quite read the manufacturer on the device, but my husband looked up the patent and found that it was invented by Nathan Schnoll, Palisade, N.J., who assigned the patent to Industrial Devices, Inc., Edgewater, N.J., and the application for patent was made in 1949. The patent info and the schematic are included with the voltage indicator. There is an indicator light which comes on when plugged up, with the dial set at low voltage. As you turn the dial up, the light goes off when the voltage matches the number on the dial. The dial reads from 65 volts to 660 volts. The indicator measures about 1-3/4” in diameter. ************************** Thanks for your interest! We normally ship within two days of receiving PayPal/credit card payments. If there is damage, we mention that and show it in photos if possible, so please check photos carefully. We don’t clean or repair items, because we are not knowledgeable about the best ways to do so.
