Corp., Newark, NJ.  Approx 4.5" x 4.5".  Bakelite Base.  4 terminals at top are:  "3 Amps", "15 Amps", 30 Amps, "Amps or Volts+".  Terminals at bottom are:  "150 Volts", "15 Volts", "3 Volts".  The pushbutton is "PRESS FOR VOLTAGE".  Great Vintage Collectible Item.   Vintage items are sold "AS-IS" but meeting the above-listed description. Any pictures included in this listing can be considered to be part of the description.
