Vintage Winter Brothers CO. 2 1/2" N.P.T. Pipe Tap A.1 37 I don't know a lot about pipe taps, but this seems to be in okay good condition, no dings or nicks to the metal teeth, but it does have some rust and what might be wear on the bottom two teeth.
