Fresh find from a Maryland Farm Estate is this Antique Working Complete 8qt. Enterprise Sausage Stuffer Fruit Wine Cider Press this surviving Enterprise Mfg is great piece of working history. Once a part of every country kitchen these pieces were indispensable multitaskers. From country sausage creations, to pressing apples and others fruit for making cider and wines This early century survivor still retains the remains of its factory finish and functions like the day it was made. The handle turns smoothly, the basket is free from rusted spots and breaks. The bottom support(the piece in the pictures with the twine attached to it) is unblemished and still retains the owner attached string to aid in removing the piece when done and cleaning the piece. The tin sausage casting filler shows some sign of dings on its end but should work with your choice of castings if you decide to create your own sausage links.
