Both units where pulled from a working environment They have not been tested since being pulled and as such are being sold AS IS ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS !!! Second is guaranteed against Dead on Arrival what this means is that we have tested the unit and it has passed our inspection criteria and is a working unit. DOA will mean that the unit will show symptoms of a hardware failure which will prevent you from using this unit as it was intended to be. If you have a problem please contact ASAP prior to trying anything else. This warranty will be void and null if the product is modified, opened, repaired or tampered with in anyway. All DOA notification must be filed with Advanced Electronics Recycling within 4 days of receiving your order. Failure to notify us or return a product within the warranty period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the unit. Servers, Laptops, and Desktops Batteries cannot be refurbished and may or may not hold a charge. Therefore these are not covered under our warranty policy and will not be an acceptable reason for returning an item. Advanced Electronics Recycling is not responsible for any software that may or may not be installed on your new equipment this includes operating subsystems drivers ECT... Software issues are not covered under warranty coverage’s. Returns All returns must be authorized by Advanced Electronics Recycling prior to a return. You will need to contact us to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) Please note any item send back Non-Defective or unwanted items will incur a 20% restocking and relisting fee The customer if fully responsible for all return shipping costs on Non-defective or unwanted items. RMA number must be clearly placed on the outside of carton being returned. Please return unit 100% complete the same way you received it. RMA approval is dependent upon everything being returned in condition it was sent. If you have failed to notify us of a return we will not accept the package.
