It comes with everything you see: -VISTA Medical Technologies StereoScope Endoscopy Camera Head, model 8190 -VISTA model 8191-01 Rigid Laparoscope 10mm x 33cm 70 degree.  -fiber optic cable (gray cord) seem to be at least 90% (as good as any you'll find on ebay.) -Sterilization tray (that has a cracked corner)  The set is hospital surplus it was sterilized and ready to be taken back into the OR before it was removed from service.   So it is fully functional.   Has minor wear from general use. Excellent condition, satisfaction guaranteed. This is a great condition scope the optics are excellent with no observable flaws.  Satisfaction guaranteed or your money.
