It has the capacity to hold 5 gallons of ice, dispenses exact amounts of shaved ice by weight for a perfect drink every time. The uniquely designed ice bin keeps ice from solidifying, the shave only button adds extra ice, the blend only button reconstitutes drinks that have been resting or it can be used separately as a variable speed blender.
