Up for sale is my Vollrath industrial 10 quart mixer, model Mix 1010. This unit comes with bowl, whip & paddle. The mixer works 100%, but could use a new clear bowl guard. I reversed the white guard from the back to slow it to run without the cracked clear guard, so no concerns. I dropped a #10 can on the top of the top which left a ding, but doesn't effect it at all. I will consider any reasonable offer. Thanks.
