Vollrath 3/8" French fry cutter- in excellent condition model 47713. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. I bought this slicer a few years ago thinking that it would encourage me to eat more vegetables but it's not practical for one person to chop 1 apple or 1 potato at a time. I really did enjoy using it to chop potatoes for fries because it was so fast and super easy. It is also very versatile and well made. New ones sell for $190. You can remove some of the blades in the block If you want to slice instead of chop, but I never tried it. This is a fantastic chopper for a family or restaurant or someone very organized who washes and chops all their vegetables for the week at one time. The blades are very sharp and the rubber block is in excellent shape as you can see from the pics. The only flaw is the rubber on the handle that got dinged which is shown in the pictures. Vollrath sells a stainless steel plate that you attach to the wall if you want to use it vertically like a restaurant but I just screwed it to a wooden chopping board and used it horizontally. I also used Petro-gel which is a food grade sanitary lubricant on the blades and block after each use to keep it in good shape. Pick ups are welcome. I am willing to ship at cost but just be aware that it is made of steel and weighs 18lbs.
