This InstaCut vegetable dicer will help you streamline your food prep process to knock out twice the work in half the time, and it's easy enough for anyone to operate. With one deft movement, the T-handle and push block work together to drive the vegetable of choice through the blade assembly, leaving you with a 3/8" precision diced cut, ensuring a professional culinary presentation every time! Ideal for cutting down the prep time and labor costs of slicing and dicing onions, peppers, and tomatoes, this unit features durable serrated blades that create clean, consistent cuts with 50% less cutting force than straight blades. Plus, the thermoset blade frame never requires adjustment and will never corrode. Thanks to a pop-in, pop-out design, the blade assembly is easy to clean or to replace with another blade assembly (sold separately) to alter the cut size or style of your vegetable dicer. The 5" square cutting area is designed to accommodate a wide variety of large fruits and vegetables including potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and peppers. This tabletop dicer features an elevated base that can fit over 1/6 size pans up to 6" deep as well as 1/3 size pans up to 4" deep. Use the included cleaning tool on the blade assembly for quick cleaning. For maximum convenience, it stows in the pusher block assembly. This unit features cast aluminum sled-leg base design that is sturdy yet lightweight. Rubber feet provide added stability and prevent the unit from moving while in use.
