Customer Service Return Policy Culinary Depot is committed to making your online shopping experience a pleasurable one - we therefore offer a customer friendly return policy. We will gladly accept returns on all unused items that are still in their original packaging, with the exception of custom items and equipment with optional accessories. The customer is responsible for any shipping cost and up to a 25% restocking fee on all items. Walk-ins are subject to 35% restocking fee + cost of shipping.
