Designed for radiant or lava rock use, this charbroiler is built from fully-welded stainless steel, ensuring its resilience. One side of the grill features narrow grill surfaces with calculated channels that dispense excess fat, smoke and flames. The opposite side is designed with flatter, wider grill surfaces that are perfect for fish and other fragile items. This grill is a solid piece of equipment that is able to meet a variety of different grilling demands.
