Vollrath S4007 Description The Vollrath S4007 Wear-Ever® frying pan is made of aluminum that quickly heats up. A non-stick coating provides strength while ensuring food releases from the pan easily. With the stay-cool handle sleeve, the operator is protected from high heat. The handle is safe under continuous heat in the oven or on a range at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Rivets permanently attach the handle to the pan.
