These terms are intended to provide the necessary information for you to complete the transaction. Please familiarize yourself with my policies before bidding. Item Specifications I try to provide accurate information related to manufacturer's specifications. Sometimes I incorporate them into the description, other times I provide a link to the manufacturer's site. Please note that manufacturers will often make changes to a particular model, and not change the model #. These changes are not always readily apparent to me in my examination. Keep in mind that many of my items are used and not the most recent release of a product. If a particular feature is important to you, please look over the pictures closely; if you are unable to determine that the item I am selling is the exact version you need, ask me to verify before you bid. Buy It Now If there is no "Buy It Now" there was not one offered. Shipping I ship with USPS or UPS. USPS is usually less expensive for lighter/smaller items, and UPS is usually less expensive for heavier/larger items. Exceptions are International shipments which must be agreed upon before the auctions end. I ship Freight with various carriers at my discretion. These methods of shipment need to be agreed upon before the auction end. Buyer to pay shipping charges as noted in the invoice sent after the end of the auction. Applicable handling charges if any are specified in each auction. This will be openly stated in the auction description. IE: Crate will need to be manufactured, at winning bidders cost for this 854lb monolithic demodulator. Pick-ups/Customer Arranged Shipping You are welcome to arrange your own shipping or pick up the item. If you have your carrier pick up your item and it is over 80lbs a lift gate or loader will be required. No charges for items picked up, not needing packaging. Combined Shipping Please DO NOT pay for individual auction items individually if you wish for them to be combined! I will combine individual items onto one order in an attempt to save shipping costs. When you are ready to pay, simply send an email requesting me to consolidate your order. Shipping and eBay is working hard to have all sellers offer free shipping on all items. In an effort to incentivize sellers to do this they are now charging us a fee not only on the sales price of the item but also the shipping charged to you the buyer. They don’t want me to make anything on shipping, but they themselves are going to make money on it from me! They want me to fold the shipping into the cost of the item, essentially hiding the cost so that it appears to be free. This, by the way, still gets eBay a piece of the shipping as I will still have to pay the final value on the entire item, now including shipping. As a seller that uses mainly Auctions, I think that this practice is not reasonable. I list many items at low starting bids and let the eBay community determine the final value. I provide information so you can add shipping into your total cost so that you may manage that expectation. I also allow pickups and customer arranged shipping. For me to fold an estimated ship cost into a starting price would not be fair to my buyers. I will continue to keep shipping as a separate cost to you unless it is specified in the auction description. The shipping calculator provided by eBay gives an estimate. The shipping charges can change day by day. Please wait for me to send you an invoice with the actual total. The amount provided by the calculator includes insurance for purchases up to $100 for UPS and $50 for USPS. If your bid exceeds $100/$50 respectively please wait for me to send you an invoice. I do not pad the shipping amount. I do not make anything on the shipping amount charged. I do not charge any type of handling fees. I would be happy to provide you with the package weight and dimensions if you would like to check with UPS/USPS yourself. Billable weight I sometimes get comments that my shipping is too high for a particular item. I use the eBay tools to calculate shipping. These tools mirror UPS and USPS. By entering the weight and dimensions into the calculators you should get the same cost. If you feel that there is an error, please let me know and I will check to see if there is a mistake in my figures entered into eBay. Please note that not all items ship according to weight, some items use a Dimensional weight. This is determined by the shipping company; it can be confusing and seem very unfair. Please understand I am not overcharging you, it is how the system works. Rising Fuel costs Please note that the rising fuel costs are adding about 15% to all shipping these days, it is very expensive to ship large and heavy items. Offers I do not end auctions early. I do not use reserves. My start price is my low price. I will not respond to offers to end early. I will not respond to offers to purchase eBay items off eBay. International Bidders My listings are automated to let you know which items I will ship to what countries and for how much. If you don’t see your country as an option, then I will not ship that item to your country. I will not ship Freight items internationally. I will not declare the item as a gift. Zero/Negative Feedback Bidders I reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders with zero or negative feedback. Payments By bidding you are agreeing to make payment within 7 days of the auctions' close. We accept PayPal. Items whose payments have cleared typically ship within 24 hours. Some orders may take up to 72 business hours to complete. Guarantee Equipment is guaranteed to be in the condition stated in the auction description. You have 7 days after the receipt of goods to inform me of any issues. No refunds will be given after 7 days. If what you receive is not as I stated I will refund or replace, at my discretion, the unit at no cost to you. If an item is stated as "Unrated" no returns or refunds will be taken, unless extenuating circumstances exist. Only the items described in the auction are included in the auction. Many of my items do not have manuals and remotes please be sure to read and understand the description completely.
