Voxel VoxBox CC-1000 Medical/Surgical Hologram Image Projector I spoke with a Voxel sales rep about this device and I was informed it was manufactured in the mid 1990's and originally sold for more than $2000. It is a hologram image projector used in the medical and surgical fields to project 3D images using CT scans so the surgeon can prepare for procedures. The special hologram film is placed on screen and the image is projected in 3D in front of the box. It is in excellent cosmetic and tested working condition. I guarantee it will not be DOA. Comes with the large projector box, 360* swivel base stand and attached power cord. When I turn it on the internal light comes on and a spectrum of colored light is projected on the floor in front of the box exactly as Voxel stated it should. The cooling fan is working. There is an access door for lamp change and a fuse holder on the back. I don’t have a clue whether it can be used to project other types of hologram film? I suggest visiting the Voxel website for additional information. You will receive the actual unit in the photos.
