Made in Minneapolis! Yard sale find - I see it's stamped "APR 1977" inside. I dusted it off and tried it - everything works great - could be cleaned up better. From the days when things were built to last! I took a couple pictures of it working - the Yamaha one (w/ black background) looks correct, but the Polaris sled one looks too big (you have to move it to see the whole page). There's a chart inside for different lenses - this has a 48x, 15mm / 5007, with 20mm O.D. body, made in Japan.  Please "supersize" photos!  About 18" h x 12" d x 14" w, weighs 17 lbs.!  (I'll add a couple inches and 8 lbs. for a big sturdy box and packing) I have another one of these also (different brand), but haven't cleaned/tested it yet.
