The torso has an opening in the crotch to place on stand and tightens with a screw and a hole in one leg to place on the stand to beable to put pants on. I found it a pain to move the screw out of the crotch and move to the leg so i put hair bands on the pole to hold the torso and work great. Slide it on and off. The bent arms don't fit well in the arm sockets so i hardly used them but the other ones are great. One arm elbow is cracked and there are lines going down the arms. I did put clear tape over the elbow and protects it pretty good. One of the hands doesn't fit tight on one of the long arms in the back. The bent arms have a different number written on the connection of shoulders so probably went to a different mannequin. They were included originally when i bought this. There are scratches, blemishes and one elbow is cracked and clear tape place over. The folding arms have a hard time resting in the sockets but will work.
