In very good vintage condition. Still has lots of life left in it. Several sheets of column paper and A-Z index tab divider sheets. I only see 1 page that has any writing. Sheets measure 8 1/4" x 5 3/8". Ledger measures 10 1/2" x 6" x 2 1/2" thick. Heavy duty hardboard with metal hinged covers. Built to last. I do buy and resale from Estate sales so I cannot guarantee these items come from Smoke free / Pet free homes. I do not wash vintage items (with the exception of some clothing) as to not damage any finishes but try to send in as clean of condition as possible. Payment due with-in 3 days of sale date.
