Vintage GE General Electric YCW-1 capacitor tester capacitance analyzer / bridge with meter and green eye tube in VG condition, and clean photocopy of Operating Instructions w/ schematic & parts list.  I have recapped (except for lowest range reference cap which tests fine) all capacitors including the reference caps (those within +/- .2%), and this GE is working fine.  With leakage test voltages continuously variable up to over 540 vdc.  Eye tube is reasonably bright.  .  .  Is very accurate for a vintage analog cap tester, but note that I don't have the specs to calibrate the leakage function, it tests leaky caps fine but I don't know how accurate that test is.  And note that I have not tested the 'Resistance' side of this bridge/tester (is alot easier to use the 'ol ohmmeter for those tests.)  A high-end tester in its day, is GE's version of the Sprague TelOhmike and the Heathkit capacitor testers.  As with all vintage electronics, selling as-is and as-described, guaranteed to arrive in the condition described
