Item Description: Here we have a used UTICA CT-2860 BELL R 4366 Linesman Stripping Tool. Some scratches and smudges on the plastic handle, some wear on the blades but appears to be complete and functional. Payment: I accept PayPal and cash-in-person for local pick-up. Payment must be received within 48 hours of sale unless otherwise arranged if I do not receive payment within 5 business days without prior arrangement I will re-list the item.
