RARE Vintage PEXTO, Stow & Wilcox Sheet Metal Rotary Tool No. 540-D with 976 Clamp. The Head has some of its original finish missing from normal use. Seems to work well and as it should. There is a light coating of machine oil on the tool. Serial Number on this tool is 100-42. My understanding that the "42" represents the year this tool was manufactured.
