VTG Scotch Heavy Steel Yellow Vintage Floral DesignTape Dispenser Description This is a super nice heavy vintage tape dispenser by Scotch.  The dispenser is yellow with flowers on the sides.  It is super heavy it could be metal or cast iron.  This would be a great conversation piece or it would look great in a eclectic office.
