Stands 9.5" tall, about 7.5" across, bout 7" deep (pulley to back). I put power to it and it hummed until I gave it a little turn and it took off just fine and ran on its own. I ran it for a full minute with no problems, sparks, or smells while running detected. When I shut it off, I had to give it a slight turn again for it to take off on its own again. The slip rings are really dirty and have a build-up on them, but not sure if that is the problem or not. Being sold as-is and might need cleaning or repairs.
