Vintage guillotine style paper cutter/trimmer, made by Trimmer MFG, Company, Portland Oregon. Whatever was printed above the company name has been rubbed off as can be seen in close-up photo. It measures approx. 16" w x 22" L total, surface including blade and ruler at top is 15 3/4" x 15 1/2" It has been used and does show use wear. There is some rust on metal edge, and on spring of handle, maybe a few more surface rust spots elsewhere. Handle works smoothly, has safety latch for when in closed position. Blade could use sharpening. Heavy piece so please view all shipping options to your area.
