This free standing, 21 wide model features a sleek stainless steel cabinet and a twin basket fry tank capable of holding 70-85 lbs. The tank has five heat exchanger tubes and a V shaped cold zone along with a 1 full port ball type drain valve. Furthermore, the 1GR85M gives 150,000BTU/ hour and features the unique Millivolt control which is a snap action thermostat feature that adjusts the temperature from 200 degrees to 400 degrees in both Fahrenheit and Celsius scales without needing an electric cord or plug.
