These ranges offer a durable and reliable solution for all-purpose cooking, designed with the highest-quality materials including stainless steel construction, cast iron grates, heavy-duty burners and much more. Vulcan restaurant ranges are the ideal choice for even the most demanding food operations. An energy-saving flashtube open burner ignition system (one pilot for every two burners) is shrouded for reliability. Heavy duty cast grates, 12" x 12 1/2" in front and 12" x 14 1/2" in the rear, can easily be lifted-off to better accommodate stock pots or large pans. Grates have a built-in aeration bowl for greater efficiency. Burner knobs are made of cool-to-the-touch, high temperature material. This Endurance range is 36" wide with 6 burners and one standard oven. There are 30,000 BTUs per open burner and 35,000 BTUs/hr in the baker's depth oven. The range is constructed of a stainless steel front, sides, and back riser, high shelf and 6" legs. There is an extra-deep pullout crumb tray with welded corners under the range's burners. There are two oven racks and four rack positions for this range.
